ArcBest Honors Top Partners At Fourth Annual Conference

Earlier in October, Fort Smith, Arkansas-based logistics provider ArcBest announced the recognition of the company’s service partners at the fourth annual ArcBest Supplier Conference, help in Fort Worth, Texas on October 19-20.

According to ArcBest, the annual event gives capacity partners a chance to share best practices with one another as well as participate in roundtable discussions regarding the commercial transportation industry.

ArcBest also reports that the Supplier Conference includes an awards ceremony in which top partners may be recognized for their participation in assisting ArcBest’s commitment to customer service.

Jim Ingram, ArcBest chief operating officer – Assert-Light Logistics reports that the company’s capacity partners play an integral role in providing logistics solutions for a wide variety of customer needs.

Among the ArcBest honorees for outstanding performers were Werner Enterprises in the large carrier category of the Skill and Will Award, Apex Moving and Storage for the Military Moving Supplier of the Year and Delta Freight Systems for U.S. Supplier of the Year – Expedite.

ArcBest reports that several other partners were honored this year in various categories and that more than 170 suppliers attended the ArcBest Supplier Conference in October.
