Earl L Henderson Trucking Announces Pay Increase For New Year

Earlier this month, Illinois-based Earl L Henderson Trucking announced a pay increase of $0.05 per mile for all company drivers, effective on loads dispatched on or after January 15th of this year.

Sources at Earl L Henderson report that the pay increase will go into effect for all current company driver’s base – or cents per mile – pay.

Additionally, Earl L Henderson reports that company drivers will still have an opportunity to earn bonuses such as monthly fuel efficiency bonuses which ranges from $0.017 cents per mile to $0.08 centers per mile as well as a quarterly performance bonus which can add $0.02 to a driver’s base pay.

Earl L Henderson reports that company drivers personally received news of the pay bonus from their fleet manager.

Additionally, the company says that all new company drivers that start with Henderson on the January 15, 2019 orientation class and those starting afterwards with receive the higher pay scale rate.
