ArcBest Named a Top Employer For Diversity By Forbes
by Jake Tully - Published: 1/23/2019Earlier this week, ArcBest announced that it has been named as one of the 2019 Top 500 List of Best Employers for Diversity, a list published by Forbes.
ArcBest reports that in being named one of the Top 500 companies, it is the second consecutive year it was placed on the list.

McReynolds, ArcBest chairman, president and CEO. “At ArcBest, our growth and success wouldn’t be possible without a diverse workforce representing different experiences and perspectives. Sources at ArcBest report that the list was chosen based on an independent survey complied with results from over 50,000 employees working for companies that employ at least 1,000 people in U.S. operations.
Respondents to the Forbes survey were reportedly asked open-ended questions on a variety of statements such as age, gender equality, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, and other questions regarding general diversity.
