Dupre Logistics Opens Northern California Office

Earlier this week, Louisiana-based transportation and logistics provider Dupre Logistics reports that the company has opened a new branch in the Sacramento, California area, naming David Joiner as manager of the office.

Located in Roseville, California, 20 miles east of Sacramento, Mike Weindel, Vice President of Strategic Capacity Services at Dupre reports that the location in Northern California will help the company grow its business in nearby markets.

“The Sacramento area is one of the fastest growing markets in the country and is a great place for Dupré to work from to serve Northern California and other West Coast markets,” said Weindel.

According to Dupre, Joiner has over 17 years of experience working in the commercial transportation industry and reportedly noted the company’s vision for growth, aiding in the decision to join Dupre.

“Part of that vision revolves around Western growth for Dupré. With California being the fifth biggest economy in the world, having a solid presence in the state is extremely important,” said Joiner. “With offices now in Northern and Southern California, Dupré is strategically positioned to make the vision a reality.

Dupre reports that the company has hired a handful of individuals over the course of June and July to work at the Sacramento location.
