Hub International Acquires California-Based Trucking Insurance Company

Earlier today, Hub International Limited, global insurance brokerage, announced that it has acquitted assets of Vacaville, California-based Easy Truck Insurance Services for terms undisclosed at the time of the acquisition.

With reported locations across Southern California and Arizona, Easy Truck Insurance Services serves as an insurance brokerage service for retail trucks that provides services to small fleets, owner-operators and large fleets within the trucking industry.

Hub International Limited reports that the acquisition of Easy Truck Insurance Services will support the company’s recently launched Specialty practices through complementing Hub International’s focus and expertise within the transportation industry.

According to Hub International, the team at Easy Truck will join the Hub Transportation Specialty practice department.

President of Easy Truck Insurance Services, Randy Brousseau and Brett Moore, Vice President of Easy Truck will report initially to Karl Klus, COO of the Hub Transportation Specialty practice until the integration into Hub is complete.
