Hyliion Receives Award from TMA Council For Technical Achievement

Earlier this month electric trucking and sustainable trucking technology company Hyliion was named winner of the Jim Winsor Technical Achievements Award at the Technology & Maintenance Council’s Annual Meeting & Transportation Exhibition in Atlanta, Georgia.

Presented to Hyliion by the North American Truck Writers Awards Committee, the award is reportedly given to a product or service that demonstrates technical innovation in the industry, the ability for a product or service to be widely consumed by the trucking industry as well as other potential benefits to operators.

Thomas Healy, Hyliion CEO and founder reports that winning the Jim Winsor Memorial Technical Achievements Award speaks to the innovation and industry alignment that new and forthcoming products from the company present to the industry.

According to Hyliion, North American Truck Writers Awards Committee members reviewed 22 new products, ultimately selecting Hyliion as a finalist alongside Eaton, Truck-lie, XStream and Volvo.
