A-1 Auto Transport To Offer Scholarship For Trucking Students

Just in time for the college acceptance and academic award season, A-1 Auto Transport, Inc. has announced a scholarship to students in truck driving school and logistics programs across the U.S. 

According to A-1 Auto Transport, the company is now accepting essay submissions for scholarship awards in the amount of $250, $500 and $1,000 in order to help pay for school expenses of trucking students.

The company reports that students may submit a 1000-word minimum essay based on topics relating to the transportation industry, with submissions required by March 10, 2018.

All eligible scholarship essay submissions will be published on the A-1 Auto Transport website in order to be judged by the public with winners determined by the company Scholarship Committee.

In order to be an eligible applicant, students must be enrolled in a trucking or logistics school or an accredited college, university or trade school with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 and status as a full-time student.

According to A-1 Auto Transport, recipients of the award will see funds of the award sent the to a school’s financial aid office to ensure that awards cover cost of tuition.
